What is Excellent
Credit and How To Improve Your FICO
Scores
When I started in the Real Estate finance
industry almost 8 years ago you could get whatever program you
needed at the best possible rate starting at a 620 FICO
score.
The playing field has changed quite a bit and
the deciding number for your FICO score is an ever moving
target. It seems to be always increasing making it more
difficult to get the financing you deserve.
Take that and add to it that now employers are
using your credit to determine if you are "Responsible" enough
to work for them?
How would any potential employer know what
extreme circumstances may have happened to you before you
applied for a job with them?
Lenders are scrutinizing more and more.
Today an Excellent Credit Score is
720.....Minimum.
I used to brag about having a 660 back in the
day.
Here is a breakdown of FICO Scores and how they
are distributed amongst the American Population.
Where do you fit into this scale of
distribution? As more focus is put onto an individuals FICO
Score more people are keeping a close eye on their credit
because of the impact it will have on them.
Much of the information laid out on the web for
Do It Yourself Credit
Repair is written in a manner that assumes that the
Credit Bureaus are always right and that they report with your
best interest at heart.
This could NOT be further
from the truth. There are many factors to
properly reporting information and there are different levels
that have to relay the same information. With the sheer volume
of people and accounts these companies are monitoring, there is
plenty of room for them to make errors.
Don't get disappointed because some site says
if it is on your credit report and is affecting your FICO
Scores, that you have to take long, slow, method of waiting for
them to finally fall off your report. This is wrong and we will
show you by working for you without charge, and getting your
credit scores back to where you deserve them to be.
Did you know that at least 70% of credit
reports have errors on them? What other business could have
this failure rate and still be in business? This is the Credit
System we are forced to deal with and it takes an expert to
correctly and efficiently navigate you to successful credit
restoration and get you the FICO scores you deserve.
